## Contact Support

If you're running into an issue with Drift, there are two ways to get help:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Email Support" icon="envelope" href="mailto:support@godrift.ai">
    Send us an email at **[support@godrift.ai](mailto:support@godrift.ai)** for direct help from the Drift team.

  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Discord Community

Our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/qaR59MQvMr) is the best place to:

* **Raise a support ticket** - use the `#support` channel to get help from the team
* **Ask questions** - get answers from other Drift users and the core team
* **Share what you're building** - show off your simulations and get feedback
* **Follow updates** - be the first to know about new releases and features

[Join the Drift Discord →](https://discord.gg/qaR59MQvMr)

## Email Support

For bug reports, billing questions, or anything you'd prefer to keep private, email us at [support@godrift.ai](mailto:support@godrift.ai).

When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

* Your Drift CLI version (`/version` inside Drift)
* Your Ubuntu and ROS2 version
* A description of what you expected vs what happened
* Any error output from the terminal

## GitHub Issues

For confirmed bugs or feature requests on the CLI, you can also [open an issue on GitHub](https://github.com/godrift-ai/drift-releases/issues).
